Account and sign-in help

• Sign in with the same method you used to create the account: email and password, Apple, or Google.
• If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, your Loadlight account may use an Apple private-relay address instead of your usual email.
• If you still cannot get in, email support and include the sign-in method and exact error message. Do not include your password.

Groups and invites

Shared todos and groceries belong to the active group. Check the group name at the top of the app before adding or looking for an item.

• Invite links include a backup code. The recipient can open the link or enter that code in Loadlight.
• An invite expires after seven days. A current group member can share a new invite if the old one no longer works.
• Your Personal space is private. Create or join a shared group when you want another person to see the same list.

Groceries and voice capture

Groceries stay inside the active group and update for its members. You can type items at any time. Voice and smarter sorting use optional AI processing; the app explains what is shared before you enable it, and manual entry remains available if you decline.

If voice capture does not start, check microphone and speech recognition access for Loadlight in iPhone Settings.

Notifications and Apple Reminders

Nudges need notification permission on the recipient’s device. Loadlight also has to be allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications. Notification previews can contain the sender’s display name and the todo title, so choose the lock-screen preview setting that fits you.

Apple Reminders sync is optional and only syncs open tasks assigned to you. Turn it on in Loadlight Settings and allow Reminders access when iOS asks. Loadlight writes to a dedicated Loadlight list.

Delete your account

In Loadlight, open Settings, choose Delete account, type delete, and confirm. This removes your login, profile, memberships, and todos created by or assigned to you. Shared groups and grocery content may remain for the other members; your grocery assignments and user references are cleared. Loadlight also attempts to remove the reminders it synced on that device.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@loadlight.app from the address associated with the account and request deletion.

The Privacy Policy explains how account, group, grocery, AI, analytics, and notification data are handled. Email hello@loadlight.app to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information.
